On June 5th the Fort Worth CATS once again hosted "Help the Cats Help the Dogs" with GRRNT as part of their "Bark in the Park" event. Our Star Baseball Mascot Gus Matheny threw out and caught the first pitch of the game. He was honored with lots of applause from the crowd and was a true ombudsman for the organization

The CATS provided a tent with misters for those who came with their pets and GRRNT was welcomed in the shade of the grandstand. The CATS donated a pair of tickets to any upcoming CATS game which we raffled off. We made over $60 with the raffle and lots of new friends. GRRNT will be at the 2006 "Bark in the Park" so mark your calendars (not sure when) and plan to join us for a fun day with a GREAT organization.
