Andi was an owner surrender to the shelter. She is a happy, active, puppy, and will be ready for adoption soon.

PROFILE

Andi is a playful and very cuddly puppy. She gets along very well with her foster family and their dog. She is always looking to either play with their dog or have some quality cuddling time on the couch. She is a very sweet girl.

Andi is working on being fully house-trained. She is really good at going to the bathroom right away when she is taken outside, but still has had a few accidents inside the house while she learns what to do. She has learned the sit command and sits very well waiting for treats or her food. She also is very responsive to her name and is learning to come on command. Her foster family is working on a few other commands while Andi waits to be adopted.

Andi has a non-stopping wagging tail and she is always happy. She likes to cuddle and loves to play with dogs. Andi also likes her daily walks. She walks well on her leash, but as a puppy, she can get a little distracted and jump around when excited. Her foster family is working on having her know not to jump up on visitors when she gets excited.

She loves to be around people and other dogs and wants to get a lot of attention. If she sees you sitting down on the coach, she will try to join you or lay right under your feet to get some attention. She sleeps through the night in a crate next to the bed and she will wake up when you get up. During the day, she does really well in her crate, especially if she is left a few toys.

Andi's favorite activities:

• Being around people

• Playing with dogs or toys

• Snuggling with her family on the couch

• Daily walks outside

Andi's ideal family will:

• Give her a lot of attention

• Continue to work with her on training

UPDATE

10/9/2018 Andi is brand new to GRRNT. She will receive her next set of puppy vaccinations in November, and will be ready to find her forever family then.
