Christmas Eve Blessings!

Jack is one of Christmas's puppies. Christie is a young female who was a stray, and employees at a business were feeding her, then they discovered she had puppies. The employees contacted authorities and the little family was taken to the shelter where GRRNT was able to pick them up. The puppies are about 2-3 weeks old, their eyes have just opened, so they will need their mama for several more weeks. Christie and her puppies will not be ready for adoption until the puppies are weaned and they have all received the vet care they need.

PROFILE

Jack is as sweet and handsome as they come! A happy but rather shy puppy, Jack is usually not the first to discover something new. He watches his sister before deciding to join her in an adventure. But he loves to be around people. When he sees you coming his little tail starts wagging with happiness and after eating he prefers a warm lap to curl up in. If you are looking for a snuggle buddy, Jack is an expert!

UPDATE

1/27/2018
Jack is so cute, that he will no doubt grow into a handsome dog! He has gotten a bit more bold and playful but still loves to snuggle with people when he gets sleepy. When he is put away in his pen with his sister for a nap or at bedtime, he typically goes in quietly and lays on a soft blanket. He has been enjoying being outside during the recent mild whether and learning to potty outside, but it is a process as he is only 7 weeks old at this point (1/27). At his last vet appointment he received his first set of puppy shots and weighed in at 10 pounds. Jack is looking for his forever home and it would be ideal if they would play with him often and let him sleep close by. He has been playing with the dogs that live with his foster family and he hopes his new family has another playful dog that would like a playmate. He will also need someone home the majority of the time such as a stay at home mom or dad or people working from home while he is such a busy, growing boy.
