Harley’s foster mom gushes: “Wow...I don't think there's enough I could say about Harley....He's a GREAT dog!!!!!! “

Harley was picked up running down the street by a family who thought he was a wonderful dog, but when he turned up heart worm positive, they decided not to keep him. His treatment is almost complete.

Harley is just about perfect in lots of other ways. He loves to give hugs, he chews on nothing, and he's fully house broken. He likes children and cats (in fact, he snuggles with his foster’s cat), and he doesn't jump on the furniture or bed unless coaxed. He LOVES riding in the car and gives you a crooked smile when he’s happy.

He’s not real big on baths, but he will stay still if you hold his collar. He also begs for people food and is a little quick to snatch a treat out of your hand, but his foster mom says he’s getting better about this every day.

He doesn't sleep in the bedroom but at the bedroom door....kinda like he's keeping watch. He’s barked a couple of times but shows absolutely no sign of aggression.

His mom concludes: “I have to say...it is going to be HARD giving up Harley.....he is an absolutely great dog.”
