Boston is a 1 year-old, energetic young boy with a great personality. While he enjoys his exercise and playtime, he also knows how to relax.

He’s a smarty as well – he already knows "sit", "down" and "shake!" and he knows not to get on furniture. He is housebroken, neutered, vaccinated and appears to be quite healthy overall. He’s not a big barker and seems to react well to other dogs and cats. He takes treats nicely from your hand, but he is not super food-motivated.

As an exuberant young pup, Boston is currently working hard on his leash manners and learning to greet people without jumping on them. He does not particularly like going in his crate, but once he’s inside, he sits quietly and calmly with the occasional whine. Since he’s already pretty well-trained, we think his continued training should go very well.

A typical Golden, Boston just likes to be wherever you are at all times. His ideal home would be a family, hopefully with kids and other pets that will play with him often and keep up with his energy level. This handsome pup will be a great addition to any home.
