Male - 2 years
These great folks at GRRNT are trying to figure out why I was found roaming on a ranch in Weatherford and why my original family never reclaimed me, but good luck with that – I have no idea.
I almost got euthanized at the pound because they were positive such a good dog would be reclaimed, and I stayed too long. Wow, that was a close one - but the great people at GRRNT rescued me in the nick of time!
I'm a 2 year old light-gold male who acts very mature for my age (if I do say so myself). One of my front legs has a sock on it, and my face has a distinctive fold – they say I look kinda regal when I’m lying down. I can't help it, it's just a fact.
Right now I've got a full time job playing with my foster sister and brother, playing dive bomb outdoors, and sticking like velcro to my foster parents the rest of the time.
Even though I'm only 2, I'm pretty much a model dog in the house and the yard. I love big dogs, cats and kids but I don't like small dogs. I only counter surf if you have stuff up there that's really good. Occasionally I enjoy tearing up newspapers or magazines but only if they’re left out by some sloppy human. It’s just that sometimes I get a little bored, especially if I don't go on walks, but I don't have any interest yet in playing with balls or swimming in the pool. I'm a pretty cool character, so not much bothers me - no storm anxiety or anything like that.
I love my foster family, but I’m really ready to settle down for the long-haul – su casa es mi casa, if you know what I mean. So get in touch with those nice GRRNT folks… I’m just sittin’ here waitin’ for my perfect forever family – that’s you!
