Hello there…my name is Freddie. I’m just about three months old and I am a charmer! Now don’t let my handsome black and tan coat fool ya’ – I am really half golden! My mom Trina is a beautiful blond golden who has taken wonderful care of me and my brothers and sisters. Mom has entrusted me with all her doggie wisdom on how to be the best friend I can be when my forever family comes for me.

My foster mom says that I’m a friendly, sweet boy who finds the joy in everything. I’m kinda of softy too – I do love a good cuddle and a kind whisper of encouragement. Hey, but I am a puppy, so you can imagine how much I really love a hearty game of tug of war. My sister Maria and I can really tire each out sometimes. I’m glad she’s with me as we learn about the important stuff like potty training. I’m getting the hang of it too, especially when it gets me out on a walk! I am such a fan of walks with my foster mom; we almost always make a new friend.

Speaking of friends…I get along with my foster family’s dachshund (and they call me goofy?) hmmm…I might be just a bit too interested in the cat. Yeah, I think I would do better in a home without cats and probably with kids who are a little older. No toddlers for me – I want somebody to tumble and tug with!
